What we do?

We intend to offer the best advice in the hospitality sector, not only in price and quality of the product, but also in support of making menus, choosing a letter, etc. offering a wide variety of culinary solutions. For us, trust in the best quality products is important by working with the best brands. A personalized service that covers what customers need and offering a wide assortment of products and a friendly, professional and professional treatment characteristic of our human team.

Who are we?

Assolim was born in January 2014 as an association between two long-standing Catalan family companies Solé i Himsa. It is created by the need to achieve the excellence, recognition and satisfaction of all those who are part of the projects environment in a greater or lesser extent. Collaborators, customers, suppliers ....

Own elaboration

For over two years, we have a brand of our own Blue Sea Food, where our specialists in fish, seafood and cephalopods are in charge of supervising our brand, marketing high quality products at competitive prices.

We also have our own Pep Espí species brand.

We are a distribution company for fresh and frozen products.

Our distribution area is Catalonia, specifically the provinces of Barcelona and Tarragona. We offer personalized advice on the horeca channel, in the hands of the most premium brands to achieve the best product quality and the most competitive market prices.

We have a fleet of 40 routes distributed throughout the Catalan territory, with more than 5,000 m2 of cold storage rooms to store more than 4,000 references of high rotation products and various families such as bread, pastries, frozen meat and fish, ice cream, desserts, vegetables, precooked, chilled and dried.

At present Assolim has a team of more than 120 workers.
